Khamis Mushait is an agricultural and industrial city, and hosts an airbase. In recent years, it was a target of drone attacks by…

While no side has claimed responsibility for the attack, sources have accused the Iran-backed Houthis of being involved…

A security source in Saladin said reported that the security and intelligence units were on alert in search of a suicide bomber in Tuz Khurmatu district, east of the governorate. The source told that, “security forces of various formations have tightened security measures and added checkpoints in all areas of the district, to prevent any possible bloody attack”, noting that these forces called on the citizens to report any suspicious activities or strangers in their areas. The financial advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, revealed that Iraq would fulfill all its obligations to Kuwait on compensation for the 1990–91 invasion. But the move prompted several Japanese companies to cancel worker vaccinations planned for Thursday. “Moderna confirms having been notified of cases of particulate matter being seen in drug product vials of its COVID-19 vaccine,” the U.S. vaccine maker said in a statement, adding it put the lot in question and…
